鱼鳞胶原蛋白酶法生产的质量控制体系

    Quality control system of fish scale collagen productionby enzymatic method

    • 摘要: 为保证鱼鳞胶原蛋白产品的质量安全,文章阐述了酶法生产鱼鳞胶原蛋白的工艺流程,并制定了原料内控标准、关键工序生产控制标准和产品的企业标准,建立了鱼鳞胶原蛋白产品从原料验收到成品包装的全过程质量控制体系。实践表明,该质量体系实施的结果即鱼鳞胶原蛋白成品的指标均符合企业标准的要求。

       

      Abstract: To ensure the quality and safety of fish scale collage product, the process of fish scale collagen production by enzymatic method was discussed, and internal control standard of materials, control standard of key process, and enterprise's standard of product were developed.The full quality control system of fish scale collagen from raw materials to end products package was established.Practice showed, after the quality system implementation, the result was as follow:the indexes of scale collagen products all conformed to requirements of enterprise's standards.
