福建沿海常见石首鱼类保活技术初步研究

    Preliminary study on the survival technology of common Sciaenidae in Fujian coast

      背景 石首鱼是市场价值认可度较高的经济鱼类,包含黄唇鱼(Bahaba taipingensis)、大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)、小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)等。由于石首鱼离水后死亡率较高,保活难度较大,其市售的绝大部分形式为冰鲜商品。
      目的 提高自然采捕石首鱼的保活成活率,加快开发具有养殖价值的石首鱼类,筛选出除大黄鱼外的石首鱼类养殖新品种,为福建省水产种业发展注入新活力。
      方法 本研究采用改进的陷阱网,在宁德市周边海域采捕小黄鱼、大黄鱼、黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)和叫姑鱼(Johnius grypotus)等石首鱼,并在水泥池中开展7 d保活试验。
      结果 结果表明,选择潮水较为平缓的平潮期,通过减缓收网速度、采用特制的陆上运输和采集设备,可提高石首鱼捕捞和运输的成活率。大黄鱼和小黄鱼在捕捞上岸的0~72 h内死亡率较高,应重点关注前72 h的保活工作。大黄鱼在小潮水时的成活率为66.03%~87.45%,显著高于大潮水时的20.63%;小黄鱼在小潮水时的成活率为86.90%,显著高于大潮水时的44.44%。体质量在100~150 g(规格C)的石首鱼的7 d成活率为26.67%~87.72%,体质量>150 g(规格D)的石首鱼的7 d成活率为66.67%~91.67%。
      意义 本研究结果有助于保障市售鲜活野生大黄鱼、小黄鱼和黄姑鱼等鱼类的保活运输,提高其驯养成活率,可为其他石首鱼类的人工保活、繁育等科研工作提供数据参考。

       

      Abstract:
      Background Sciaenidae is economic fish with high market value recognition, including Bahaba taipingensis, Larimichthys crocea and Larimichthys polyactis, etc. Due to the high mortality rate of Sciaenidae after leaving the water, it is difficult to keep them alive, and most of them are sold as chilled commodities.
      Objective To enhance the survival rate of naturally harvested Sciaenidae and accelerate the development of aquaculture for these fish species, the study aimed to identify new species for farming, beyond L. crocea. This initiatively seeks to inject new vigor into the aquatic seed industry in Fujian Province.
      Methods The study used improved pound nets to harvest L. polyactis, L. crocea and other kinds of Sciaenidae in the sea area around Ningde City. And survival experiments with Sciaenidae in concrete ponds were carried out.
      Results The results of the experiment indicated that the survival rates of catching and transporting could be improved by selecting a period with relatively flat tides, slowing down the netting process, and utilizing specialized land-based transport and collection equipment. The mortality rate of L. crocea and L. polyactis is particularly high during the first 0−72 hours after catching and landing, emphasizing the importance of preserving life during this critical period. The survival rate of L. crocea ranged from 66.03% to 87.45% during neap tides, which was significantly higher than the 20.63% observed during large tides. In contrast, the survival rate of L. polyactis was 86.90% in neap tides, compared to only 44.44% in spring tides. Additionally, the 7-day survival rate for some Sciaenidae weighing 100−150 g was between 26.67% and 87.72%, while those weighing over 150 g had a 7-day survival rate was between 66.67% and 91.67%.
      Conclusion The findings of this study help to safeguard the survival transportation and domestication survival rate of commercially available fresh wild L. polyactis, L. crocea, Nibea albiflora and other fish. It can provide reference for the development of scientific research work such as artificial preservation and breeding of other Sciaenidae.
