Abstract: Fujian Province is the main area of Cultivation of Apostichoupus japonicus in south part of China , pond culture is one of the main models. Based on the northern culture technique and the southern culture practice of many years, this paper summarizes the culture technique of Apostichoupus japonicus in southern area in order to provide reference for the southern sea cucumber farmers, through concluding the first-phase preparationa, setting up shelters, choosing and investing of larval, culture management, harvesting and sale.
