Abstract:
A growth experiment was conducted to determine the optimum feeding rate and the effects of different feeding rates on the growth performance of juvenil
Takifugu obscurus Abe. Four daily feeding rates were designed at 3%, 4%, 5% and 6% of the total body weight. Under the water temperature of 23℃, we made 30d of growth experiment on the fish that the average weight was 3.45~3.56g. The results showed that the relative weight gain, specific growth rate, food conversion efficiency and survival rate were significantly (
p<0.05) affected by feeding rate. The optimum feeding rate of juvenile
Takifugu obscurus Abe should be 4%、On the feeding rate, the relative weight gain was 116.04±0.04%, food conversion efficiency was 83.70±0.02%, specific growth rate was 111.49±0.03%/d and survival rat was 84.44±0.02%.
