几种琼脂糖提取及改性方法概述

    • 摘要: 文章主要对琼脂糖不同提取方法的技术原理、提取工艺优劣、产品质量指标等方面进行比较。同时对琼脂糖的改性进行初步探讨,主要介绍两种应用广泛的琼脂糖衍生物(低电内渗琼脂糖、低凝固温度琼脂糖)的提取方法,并对琼脂糖及其衍生物的前景进行了展望。旨在为琼脂糖的提取、纯化工艺提供参考,为研究琼脂糖的衍生物提供理论支持。

       

      Abstract: This paper reviews the comparison of different agarose extraction methods, mainly in principle, operation process and quality indicators. At the same time the agarose modification is discussed, mainly introduces two widely used extraction methods of agarose derivatives (low electroosmosis agarose, low freezing temperature agarose) and the agarose and its derivatives are prospected. The paper is aiming to provide reference for the research in agarose extraction, purification process, and provide theoretical support for the derivatives of agarose.
