Abstract:
To investigate the changes of the antimicrobial resistance of
Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the pond water of shrimp larvae in Guangdong and Guangxi coastal from 2010 to 2012,and offer the date for the disease prevention of shrimp larvae during the breeding period, the
Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains from different regions were isolated and identified according to GB/T4789.7-2008,and the microbial sensitivity tests were performed with the Kirby-Bauer method. The results showed that, among the 72 Vibrio strains from the pond water which displayed green on the TCBS medium,30 strains (41.7%) were
Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The susceptibilities of the 30 strains to penicillin, ampicillin, benzene, minocycline, amoxicillin azole penicillin, tetracycline, azlocillin showed highly resistant, prevalence of tetracycline resistance as high as 97%. The Vibrio strains from the pond water of shrimp larvae which displayed green on the TCBS medium mainly were
Vibrio parahaemolyticus, all strains resistances were strong, and we should enhance the regulations of using antibiotics during the breeding period.
