信息化环境条件下水产科研项目资金的内部控制
Exploration on the internal controls for fisheries research project-funding under the information environment

摘要: 随着国家对水产科技项目科研经费投入的日益增多，科研经费使用存在预算编制不严谨、资金使用不规范、监督管理不完善、考核机制不到位等问题，如何加强水产科研项目资金的内部控制成为水产科研机构财务管理中的一个重要课题。笔者结合工作实际，从信息化环境的概念及特点出发，对如何加强水产科研项目资金的内部控制进行了分析与探讨，以期抛砖引玉，为有关方面提供参考。Abstract: With fisheries research units playing a more and more important role in the national economy,its project-funding is also increasing. Based on the experience of daily financial affairs,the author tries to analyze and explore how to strengthen the internal controls for project-funding from the concept and feature of the information environment.
