糖蛋白的制备、结构分析及生理功能研究现状

    Current research on the preparation, structural and physiological function analysis of glycoprotein

    • 摘要: 糖蛋白广泛分布于生物体内,其糖链部分影响蛋白质的折叠和整体构象,蛋白质与糖链连接的特殊结构使其具备了各种生物活性,参与了人类许多生理功能及疾病的发生和预防。糖基或糖链与蛋白质肽链的链接方式主要有O-连接和N-连接2种。本文综述了糖蛋白的分类、分离纯化方法及其化学结构组成的分析方法,并介绍了某些糖蛋白的生理活性,对糖蛋白的开发利用具有借鉴作用。

       

      Abstract: Glycoproteins are widely distributed in organisms, and they have a variety of biological activities for its special protein-sugar linkage structure. This paper reviewsed the preparation and structure analysis methods of glycoprotein. Physiological effects of glycoprotein were also summarized aiming to provide some theoretical reference for developing health food and medicines.
