Abstract:
The inhibitory effect of
Ampelopsis grossedentata components on common pathogenic bacteria in fish was studied
in vitro.Ampelopsis powder and dihydromyricetin were selected for
in vitro antibacterial test on
Aeromonas veronii and
Aeromonas hydrophila. The diameter of inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were determined by agar plate perforation method, tube double dilution method and plate culture method. The results showed that the MIC and MBC of ampelopsis powder against
A.veronii and
A.hydrophila were 6.25 mg/mL.The MIC and MBC of dihydromyricetin against
A.veronii and
A.hydrophila were 1.25 mg/mL.The results showed that ampelopsis powder and dihydromyricetin had good inhibitory effects on
A.veronii and
A.hydrophila, which laid a foundation for the treatment of fish bacterial diseases with
A.grossedentata as feed additive.
