肠道微生物视域下西藏土著鱼类资源养护启示

Implications of fish conservation in Tibet from the perspective of gut microbiota

摘要: 鱼类肠道微生物种类丰富,而不同鱼类肠道微生物的类别信息有所区别。鱼类生活在水体环境中,其肠道菌群易受到环境、食物、机体生长发育等因素的影响。本文主要介绍了西藏土著鱼类特点、资源概况等,分析了鱼类肠道微生物的菌群组成,阐述了鱼类肠道微生物菌群结构的主要研究技术手段。肠道微生物菌群结构和功能与鱼类的营养物质代谢、微生态平衡、免疫防御功能以及生长发育等生理过程紧密相关,是维持鱼体肠道微生态平衡稳定的重要因素,因此调节肠道微生物菌群对于西藏鱼类的养护具有重要作用。

Abstract: The fish gut microbiota is very diverse, but the information about the type of gut microbiota of different fish is different. Fish live in the water environment, and their gut microbiota is easily affected by factors such as environment, food, and body growth and development. This paper introduced the characteristics and resources of indigenous fish in Tibet, analyzed the composition of gut microbiota of fish, and expounded the main research technical means of fish gut microbiota structure. It could play an important role in the conservation of fish in Tibet.
