Abstract
The testing conditions were optimizing and improving based on QuEChERS technique combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),which is frequently used for pesticide detection in aquatic products. In the optimized conditions,15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)residues in aquatic products were separated and detected by HPLC.The calibration curves were linear in a concentrations range of 1~50 ng/mL for 15 PAHs with correlation coefficients over 0.995.As(S/N) ≥ 3,the limits of detection was 0.1~2.0 μg/kg.The average recovery ranged from 75.8% to 101% and the relative standard deviation was below 15.0% for spiked shrimp sample with PAHs.Finally,QuEChERS-HPLC was applied for PAHs detecting in practical samples and presented that this method was simple and sensitive to be suitable for PAHs determination in aquatic products.
