Abstract
With the continuous development of the port transportation in Fujian Province, the number of ships which come and go out of ports is gradually increased, while the risk of occurrence of oil spilling has also gone up. Referring to oil slick’s pervasion theory and the hydrodynamic mathematic model, the paper simulates the areas of effects of oil spilling from ship which happened at sea in Futai docklands, Fuzhou Port, with the influence of tides and waves. At the same time it analyzes several basic conditions of oil slick's movement after oil spilling. In addition, researching the main features of regional pollution distribution of oil spilling, the paper provides a scientific evidence for the relevant departments which would control the scope of oil spilling and make an emergency response to marine pollution prevention.
