    Study on artificial propagation of Nothobranchius Guentheri

    • The artificial propagation were done under the different temperature of 20℃, 23℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results show that under the conditions of 26 ℃, The daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, and the fertilization rate was the highest , 26℃ is the best temperature to Nothobranchius Guentheri reproduction.;Ten mating pattern of broodstock were studied during the breeding , we found that when the mating pattern were 4♂ +1♀、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+ 1♀ ,the daily fecundity were higher, and the fertilization rate of which were higher too, 4♂+1♀ 、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+1♀ were the best mating pattern to Nothobranchius Guentheri production; we also observed the spawning period of three batches of broodstock for 20 weeds under 25~26℃, it showed that 15 to 17 weeks the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, the daily fecundity was 20 to 30eggs/tail.
