Determination of bacitracin residues in farming waters by HPLC-MS/MS

The paper set up a method to detect BTC residues in farming waters by HPLC-MS/MS. On the basis of analysis of the extraction,purification of BTC conditions,the study compared the extracting effects of different solid-phase extraction columns,and optimized the steps of solid-phase extraction column. The method of linear range was between 5~5 000 ng/mL,the detection limit was 5 ng/mL,the quantification limit was 10 ng/mL. 3 sea waters sampled from different places to validate the method,the average recovery ranged from 79.1%~99.0% and the RSD between 3.56%~6.69%.
