Abstract
This paper analyzes the matrix effects and its influencing factors during the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) detect of the eight kinds of herbicides in fishery water samples, influencing factors including the experimental chemical properties and structure of the target object detection, extraction solvent, purification material and the substrate concentration and type, etc. The study also attempts to adopt protective agent added to the matrix method, added internal standard method and matrix-matched calibration standard method compensate the matrix effects during the determination process. The final choice is matrix-matched standard calibration method. The method effectively improves the accuracy and applicability of the experiment.
