Quality and safety management situation and countermeasure of aquatic product in Fujian Province

Making a brief summary of the the quality and safety supervision of aquatic product in Fujian in recent years ,this paper indicated that the level of the aquatic product quality was increasing and keeping up high level. In 2001,the pass rate of aquatic supervision reached 70%.While in 2003, it ran up to 95%. The pass rate had retained above 97% for 7 consecutive years since 1997 and achieved 99% which got to the top-ranked among the nation in 2013. However, there were still many difficulties and problems remained unsolved for the aquatic supervision. This essay attempted to come up with some suggestions in the next phase of supervision, combined with the current situation of Fujian.
