  • Detecting sulfonamindes by post-column HPLC,the effect of sulfonamides derivatized in post-column unite will deeply affect result. Optimizing the main factors which affect the derivatize reaction by orthogonal experiment. The optimal conditions are: mobile phase pH3.0, reaction temperature 60℃, acetonitrile content of mobile phase 18%, concentration of derivatization solution 0.25mg/mL。
